Once both parties installed the application, the document can be signed and share immediately. This saves a lot of time especially when the person required to sign is in a geographically different area as the documents and contracts can be signed off instantly from anywhere with a few clicks be it a tablet, phone or computer.

Fully encrypted connections

When it comes to signatures, authenticity and security is the main concern. The CloudXtract Sign method, is built with support for BankId, Buypass and other Nordic E-ID solutions - which verifies and authenticates it´s users. Once both parties signed the document, PAdES (PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures) .pdf file is created, ensuring the contents of the signed document, and therefore disrupts false modifications.

Share and Sign

Share even sensitive files, documents and information quickly with a two-factor authentication process. Add your signature on documents and files on the go, simply choose to send the document for signing on e-mail or sms. Signatures are either scribbled on a touch screen or use your preferred Authentication as BankID or NemID in the Nordics.

Share large files

The CloudXtract Sign solution allows for sharing large files that contain a high-quality image and graphical material - without having worry about file size. Signees can simply preview and sign the document using the application, regardless of size.
